DIET AND SUPPLEMENTS IN CANCER-FIGHTING PROGRAM: BREAKFAST
AND MID-MORNING
Breakfast
Every morning I consume one freshly squeezed juice. Vegetable juices are rejuvenating and fruit juices are cleansing. My favorite combinations in the morning include carrot/celery/kale/spinach/beetroot and a chunk of ginger or two cloves of garlic. Juices should be watered down 50/50 with spring water.
AND
Special Breakfast Mix (4 parts oatbran, 4 parts psyllium husks, 4 parts L.S.A mix, 4 parts lecithin granules, 2 parts slippery elm and 1 part crushed pumpkin seeds) with Vi cup of soy milk or skim milk, 2 tablespoons of natural acidophilus yogurt and chopped apricots, berries, bananas or figs. If you feel like something sweet, put 1 teaspoon of manuka honey, brown rice syrup or blackstrap molasses on top
OR
Protein/energy shake.
OR
Yeast-free or sour dough bread – 2 slices toasted and spread with a thin layer of avocado, herb or sea salt, cottage cheese/flaxseed oil mix and a squeeze of lemon juice.
Supplements with Breakfast
Coenzyme Q10 120 mg x 1 capsule
Glutathione l00 mg x 1 capsule
Vitamin Ñ Powder (with beta-carotene, 2000mg of vit Ñ = 2 tsp
zinc, quercetin, bioflavonoids)
Vitamin E tablet or liquid 750 IU x 1 tablet
 Complex tablet 1 tablet
Lipoic acid l00 mg x 1 capsule
DHA/EPA – essential fatty acids l000 mg x 2 capsules
Conjugated linoleic acid l000 mg x 2 capsules
Genistein 50mg x 2 capsules
Chlorella/barley grass/green formula 1 heaped tablespoon
Shark or bovine cartilage/lactoferrin mix as directed
Medicinal mushroom extract (containing 1ml – liquid form
shitake, reishi, ganoderma, cordyceps etc.)
Sodium selenite in one glass of water equivalent to 400mcg/day. This is prescribed by a doctor and can be picked up from a pharmacy. I also added a small amount of liquid oxygen.
Mid-Morning
Either a fresh vegetable or fruit juice or a selection of herbal teas. My favourite herbal teas in the morning include essiac, dandelion root tea, echinacea tea, pau d’arco tea, green tea or red clover tea or cancer clear tea (dandelion root, nettle, horsetail, pau d’ arco, licorice, red clover — mix herbs together and keep in a glass jar. To make the tea, use only 1 heaped teaspoon. Pour 1 cup of boiling water over the top and let sit for 10 minutes. Sip slowly. Herbs can also be adjusted according to the specific type of cancer you are fighting).
AND
A small handful of my nut and seed mix (pesticide free almonds, walnuts, pecans, brazils, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds) and/or a piece of fruit such as apricots, berries, apple, pineapple, kiwifruit or papaya.
OR
Corn or rice thins spread with a thin layer of avocado, rocket or water-cress, cottage cheese and flaxseed oil mix, fresh lemon juice and herb salt.
Supplements in Between Meals
Bromelain 500mg x 3 capsules
Proteolytic/digestive enzymes 6 tablets
